DELIVERY, SHIPPING & INSURANCE
We aim to ship all non-custom orders within 6 working days and custom orders within 2 to 3 weeks, once full payment has been received and cleared. This is a reflection of the time needed to produce individually hand made jewellery.
As a general rule, all sendings are registered and insured, unless the purchaser specifically requests not to have any insurance taken out. Please be aware, that in the event of not wanting any insurance, the item(s) will be sent at your risk.
NEED IT FASTER? - Courier service is available. If you need something shipped via an expedited method please send us a message with the destination country, postcode and which items are of interest, and we will provide an updated shipping quote.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Please note that we have no control over and cannot be responsible for any customs fees or other duties which may be applied to your order by officials in your country. If you have any questions, please check with your local customs organisation. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, fees, customs, etc...
KWjewellery purchases are all carefully packaged in a fitting gift box with ribbon.
SENDING A GIFT? – We can send the item straight to the lucky recipient. Just let us know in the note to seller area during checkout and we'll leave out the invoice/pricing and will be happy to include a message from you.
KEY - Should you order more than one item at a time from KWjewellery each box will have a distinctive and a keycode will be provided on your receipt, so you know which is which.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All return requests must be made within 48 hours of item receipt. You may return items purchased provided they are in new condition, unworn and unused (Rings may have been tried on for size but must be unworn). Upon receipt you will either be issued with a refund or be allowed to exchange the item for something else. The new item will be made upon receipt of the first one.
No refunds/exchanges are available for rings ordered to a specific size or custom designs. However, sometimes designs can be adjusted to make them even more perfect for you – just send us a message and we will work together.
Please note that unless the return is due to a mistake on our end, shipping and packaging charges for a returned item cannot be refunded.
Also note that if an item is damaged in transit back to us, we may be unable to refund the cost, so please insure that items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned it could be lost.
